HUF is celebrating its 10-year anniversary as a brand with the limited edition HUF 10th Anniversary Photo Tee Series. For this project, HUF has teamed up with various photographers who have made a major impact on the world of skateboard photography over the years. Through the creative effort and critical eye of these select individuals, skateboarding has been documented in such a way as to provide a unique history of the rich culture and lifestyle that comprises it. Each month through 2012, HUF will release a new installment to the series featuring the work of one of these select photographers.

HUF releases the third installment of the series in collaboration with photographer Mike O'Meally. O'Meally was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. He began photographing skateboarding in the early nineties and moved to New York City in 1998 to work for SLAP & Thrasher Magazine. He has since worked as Senior Photographer for Skateboarder Magazine and Transworld Magazine, and has been shooting for nearly 20 years. In addition to the thrill of shooting skateboarding, O'Meally also enjoys traveling and photographing a wide range of subjects, which includes anything from amateur boxers in East LA to zinc mines in Tasmania, to name a few. O'Meally's photo of Keith Hufnagel for this project was shot during his first ever visit to NYC in 1997.

HUF releases the second installment of the series in collaboration with photographer Lance Dawes. Dawes was raised on the skate and punk scene of 1980's Washington DC. In 1990 he made the move west to San Francisco in order to pursue his passion as a skateboarder and photographer, and to be closer to his sponsors at the time, Dogtown Skateboards and Independent Trucks. Upon his arrival, he apprenticed at Thrasher Magazine under legendary skate photographer Mofo, before co-founding SLAP Magazine in 1992, where he worked as editor, art director, and chief photographer. Twenty years later, Dawes continues to document skateboarders and their lifestyle, while also photographing Land Speed Racing and working as a production photographer in the film industry.
